The L & D division of AirySoft Limited offers various short term and long term courses through its Retail Training, Academic Training and Corporate Training Division.

The objective of the Retail Training division is as follows:

  • Increase the employability of graduates and post graduates from the following academic streams.
  • BE / B Tech / MCA students would be trained on different technologies and assisted with securing placements with AirySoft’s customers and other organizations.
  • Pharmacy and other life sciences graduates and post graduates would be trained on Medical Billing, Medical Coding etc. There are numerous openings in India and there is acute shortage of trained, experienced and certified coders. Our placement cell will help students to get jobs in large MNCs.
  • Certificate and Diploma courses in Project Management, Human Resources, Sales and Marketing, Customer support etc. The students can earn and international certificate by taking exams online through Prometric Testing.
  • All the above mentioned courses include soft skills training to ensure the students undergoing the courses are employable.

The objective of the Academic Training division is as follows:

Conduct the employability related courses like Campus Recruitment Training for all categories of students, Project Based Training for engineering students, Medical Coding training for B Pharmacy / M Pharmacy students etc. at very economical prices at the college premises itself. This would ensure the students are employable as soon as they graduate from their colleges.

The objective of the Corporate Training division is as follows:

The corporate training division conducts various IT, Soft skills, Leadership and Management related courses for corporate interested in training their new recruits, existing employees etc. The training includes but not limited to:

  • MS – Office / Beginners course of basic computer users.
  • Java / Oracle / Microsoft / SAP/IBM courses for all kinds of users, i.e. basic programming to project management levels.

AirySoft offers training in AR Calling, Medical Billing, and Medical Coding etc. to individuals who want to take up career courses at our training center and also as corporate training for companies into Healthcare BPO.

The Medical coding course is for approximate duration of 100 hours spanning 2 months. The courses are conducted by veterans from the industry.

Students who have completed the Medical training course with AirySoft are working in large Multi-National Corporations. Certified Medical Coders can expect a starting salary of $/Rs 25,000 to 30,000/-
